How Do I Place An Order?
• Select a School from the drop down menu, then an item you are interested in from the menu of products.
• To see a close up view of the product and the item description, just click "Item Picture."
• If you wish to purchase an item, you must choose size and color (if color option exists.) Then click "Add to Cart." The selection will be put in your shopping cart.
• You can continue to shop at this time while adding items to your shopping cart. You can check and modify your purchases at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button.
• If you leave the shopping area the items in your cart will remain until you leave our web site.
• When you are done shopping, click Shopping Cart and review items in cart. When ready, click "Checkout" button.
• Then carefully input all information. Please review shipping address, billing address and credit card information. All credit card transactions take place on a secured server and are encrypted for your protection.
• When you have confirmed that all information is correct and you are ready to purchase, simply click "Continue" and your order is processed. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING.

Payment & Shipping
All Items are decorated on demand and will be shipped within 2 weeks from credit card approval. All items are shipped UPS ground or USPS.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We currently use Paypal for secure ordering. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use the ordering system. You can purchase as a guest with the same secure system.
Returns & Refunds
Because we are a custom apparel company, we create each piece to order. Therefore, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR SIZING WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Customer Service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST on Friday.
